Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
Faculty at IPSB at Life Energy Institute
Elizabeth has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi for nearly 20 years. She facilitates change and transformation by guiding her clients in remembering, reconnecting, and rediscovering their body, mind, and soul through therapeutic movement and dance in her expressive arts practice. She teaches Tai Chi to not only stimulate the flow of the vital Chi energy, but so that the principles of grounding, expansion, ease, relaxation, and flow weave into our daily life.
Elizabeth holds a Master's in Expressive Arts Therapy from the European Graduate School and a certificate from the Expressive Arts Institute of San Diego. Her Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science was earned at Syracuse University, while Elizabeth studied massage and bodywork at IPSB College (the International Professional School of Bodywork), specializing in Sensory Repatterning, Somato-Emotional Integration, Relational Somatics, and Sports Massage. Her private practice uses the expressive arts, coaching, bodywork, and movement education to reconnect people to have a powerful positive relationship with their body so they can live an embodied, soulful, rich, grounded life.
Nature, the outdoors, movement, and the arts are Elizabeth's passions! She is an active hiker, swimmer, artist, and dancer and would love to share her passions with you!
